We understand that sometimes, learners may need to cancel their enrollment in any of our services. If you would like to cancel your enrollment, please refer to the following conditions:

  1. Cancellation within 7 Days: If a learner cancels their enrollment within 7 days from the date of payment, they will be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Cancellation after 7 Days: If a learner cancels their enrollment after 7 days from the date of payment, they may be eligible for a partial refund.

Notice of Cancellation

If a learner would like to cancel their enrollment, they must submit a written notice of cancellation to us via email at mskacademy25@gmail.com. The notice must include the learner’s name, course, and the reason for cancellation.

Refund and Cancellation Process

  1. Refund Request: A learner can request a refund by sending an email to mskacademy25@gmail.com with their name, course and the reason for refund.
  2. Refund Processing: We will process the refund within 30 days from the date of request.
  3. Refund Amount: The refund amount will be determined based on the amount of work completed by the learner and the type of refund requested.
