MSK Academy Inc. Refund Policy

At MSK Academy, we want to ensure that our learners are completely satisfied with their experience on our website. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any of our services, we are committed to providing a refund or credit based on the following conditions.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable for courses, programs, or services that have not yet commenced or have not been completed by the learner. Refunds will not be issued for any services that have been fully or partially consumed by the learner.

Types of Refunds

1. Full Refund: If a learner is not satisfied with any of our services, they can request a full refund of the paid amount within 7 days from the date of payment. The refund will be processed within 30 days from the request date.
2. Partial Refund: If a learner has partially completed a course or program, they can request a partial refund of the paid amount within 7 days from the date of payment. The refund percentage will be calculated based on the amount of work completed by the learner.
